Anthea Millar MA, MBACP (Snr Accred), UKRC, Dip. IIP is a UK-based Senior Accredited Adlerian psychotherapist, psychotherapy trainer, and supervisor/supervisor educator with 40 years of experience working within the National Health Service and numerous social services, educational, and charitable agencies.
She founded the 4-year Adlerian counselling and therapy program in Cambridge, which provided training for 35 years, and was also a co-founder of Cambridge Supervision Training. Anthea has delivered many workshops internationally, including being on the faculty of ICASSI, the Adler/Dreikurs summer school. She is actively involved in the Adlerian Society of the UK (ASIIP) and is one of its Vice-Presidents.
Anthea has a special interest in trauma therapy and clinical supervision. She is co-author of the book Practical Supervision: How to become a Supervisor for the Helping Professions and other chapters and articles on Adlerian approaches, including those on trauma.
