Julio Roberto Alvarado is a professional dedicated to promoting Adlerian psychology in Latin America. He holds degrees in Adlerian Counseling (Ramon Llull University), Human Resources Management (Galileo University), Clinical Psychology and Social Guidance (Panamerican University), and Information Systems Administration (Francisco Marroquín University).

With over 30 years of experience, he has researched, developed, and taught the Final Analysis course as an academic coordinator. This course, aimed at students in the Administration program at IDEA, Galileo University, is designed to foster personal growth through the application of Alfred Adler’s theory.

Since 2021, he has been co-coordinator of the International Master’s in Adlerian Counseling at Ramon Llull University, training new professionals in the Adlerian approach.

He is also the founder of the Latin American Association of Adlerian Psychology, an organization dedicated to spreading Adler’s ideas across Latin America.
