Leigh Johnson-Migalski, Psy.D., CPDE, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology and Coordinator of the Advanced Adlerian Psychotherapy Emphasis at Adler University. She is a Diplomate in Adlerian Psychology and certified as a Positive Discipline Classroom Educator. She serves as a reviewer for the Journal of Individual Psychology and was a guest editor in the journal in 2013 volume 69, issue 3: Special issue on trauma and self-destructiveness. Dr. Johnson-Migalski has published and presented continually on Adlerian Theory overall as it pertains to the field of psychology, basic concepts of Adlerian Theory, various techniques and interventions utilized, and the useful tool of Early Recollections. She has several publications and has presented at various conferences and workshops on different aspects of Adlerian Theory and Individual Psychology since 2006. Dr. Johnson-Migalski has clocked over 10,000 direct clinical hours due to her work in emergency rooms, mental health facilities, hospitals, and private practices.
